If the room is available before 3PM, we can gladly allow an early check in; if not, our guests are invited to wait in the lobby or use the pools in the meantime. Late check out is allowed until 2PM if there will not be a check in in the room that same day.

Yes, if you plan to receive company, please notify the front desk in advance. Your friends are welcomed over as long as they do not stay overnight and respect the hotel’s rules.

Depending of the type of suite, only two (2) children from 0 to 5 y/o are permitted additionally to the number of guests allowed in the suite. i.e. in a 1-bedroom suite are allowed 4 guests and 2 children from 0 to 5 years old. In case you would like to admit someone from 6 years old and on, it will have an additional cost of 500 MXN per person per night.
